Never got the Tascam to work with windows when I switched over about a year ago and had numerous problems with the Mbox 2 and PT 8 on windows, was hoping I wouldn't have all the headaches with PT 10 and the mackie but that doesn't seem to be the case. I'm switching to the 1220i from a Mbox 2 and Tascam FW-1082 with PT 8 LE and everything I read made it sound like it loads up no problem.
if i reset the playback engine to the Loud AISO it works again, inputs work fine in a test with my synth. When I load up PT 10 and set it as the playack engine I don't have any machine control with faders or knobs and playback becomes unresponsive after a short time. The onyx 1220i drivers seem to have installed fine and work with all the desktop audio, etc. Hey there, trying to get PT 10 on Win 7 (64) to work with an Onyx 1220i.
